  • There have been a few people who have the wrong name/e-mail address when the auto-fill feature is used in outlook. To clear any unwanted names follow these steps:

1. Log on to your mailbox.

2. Compose a new message.

3. Start typing the name or email address that you want to delete until you see it appear in the AutoComplete list.

4. To remove the entry from the list, highlight the name in the AutoComplete list by using the Up Arrow or Down Arrow keys.

5. Press the delete key when you have highlighted the name you want to delete.

Any smart device that will sync with Microsoft Exchange can be configured to access your school e-mail, contacts, and calendar. There are many different types of devices with various set up options. Listed below are the settings for our server.
When asked about Pop, IMAP, or Exchange choose Exchange.

    E-Mail Address: yourusername@genoaschools.com
    Mail Server Address: mail.genoaschools.com
    Domain: genoalschools (Note the ā€œLā€ between Genoa and Schools)
    Username: (yourusername) without the @genoaschools.com
    Check mark any option for SSL Connection requirement.
    Click Continue or OK when asked about security.
